Fred Nash
Fred Nash has almost 20 years in management consulting, project management and executive management positions. A Fort Wayne native Fred was part of IBM’s Corporate Strategy team; a Chicago-based management consultant with clients in the financial services, telecommunications and utility industries; ran a $20 million community development project to build 100 new homes in a working-class Mexican community in Chicago and consulted with a number of non-profits and foundations including the MacArthur Foundation.
Most recently Fred was president of Korte Paper Company where he led the company through its dramatic recovery following a devastating fire which completely destroyed the company’s warehouse, offices and retail store. He received an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School where he was an Austin Fellow. Fred received a BA in history from Carleton College where he was Phi Beta Kappa and captain of the wrestling team. He is married to Kathleen Kemme a former dancer and Chicago Public School teacher. They thoroughly enjoy raising their three children: Sydney (9), Dever (5) and Nathaniel (1).
